FAQ - Shipping Times

Due to being based in London, United Kingdom, all of our orders will take a different time frame to reach you depending on what part of the world you are in. Here is a list of estimated time frames:

Shipping Times: United Kingdom 

Free UK Shipping - Will usually be posted out on the same day if it is before 11am;  with 2nd Class post and should arrive two days after your order.
UK 2nd Class Shipping (Signed) - Will usually arive two days after your order. We encourage this option if you are not in a rush for your order and if you are in a building / flat where you woud like your order to be signed for to avoid any chances of it going missing. Signed information will be provided.
UK 1st Class Shipping (Tracked & Signed) - Will usually arive one days after your order depending on if your order is made before 11:00am. Orders will be sent with Royal Mail First Class Shipping with provided tracking details.
Express + Tracked & Signed - We call this our NEXT DAY DELIVERY service. These orders will be expressed and we estimate they should arrive the day after the order is made. Orders will be sent with Royal Next Day Delivery or Special Delivery with provided tracking details.

Shipping Times: Europe & Worldwide

Free Worldwide Shipping - Our free shipping for Europe & Worldwide orders usually takes anywhere from 4 - 7 days to arrive. On average this will be around 5 days. There are no tracking information provided for this. Once the products has left the United Kingdom it is out of our hands and therefore out of our control so in the rare case of a delay we do recommend waiting up until a full seven days after you have ordered, if your order has not yet arrived. Express & Tracked Shipping - This shipping option should arrive quicker plus all orders with this option will include a tracking option. We estimate a 4 days guarantee for this shipping type. However estimates can be swayed by the effectiveness of the postal service in your country. Please email us if your order has not arrived after the 5th day. We will look into this for you
